Adobe Fireworks Tutorial Project
I'm going to showcase a tutorial I found on the internet focused on Adobe Fireworks CS6. I'm going to be doing a tutorial on how to make a cool looking gaming clan logo. Here's a link to the site ---> http://blog.blue2x.com/tutorials/designing-an-effective-gaming-clan-logo-in-adobe-fireworks/
       ***My clan's name is H3LLZ***
***I also found this quite difficult and there was problems screencapping & uploading pictures so here's the end product altogether***

Elements & Principles of Design
Principles :

Balance : Asymmetrical & Symmetrical

Asymmetrical : example. -
desktoppub.about.com
Mostly around the right of the picture, the asymmetrical portion takes place. For example, the circle and yellow triangle are objects that look quite different compared to everything else in the picture.

Symmetrical : example. -
www.kathykwylie.com
The symmetry in this picture is perfect. Right in the middle between the two birds.

Emphasis : example. -
studentwork.isabelmar.com
Emphasis in this picture is the red spot. It sticks out of the picture

Rhythm : example. -
The rhythm is shown in the repetitive squares.

Contrast : example. -
Contrast is shown between the red and white.

Elements :

Line : example. -
www.abcteach.com
The lines in this picture, believe it or not, are all straight. However, they are all angled in such a way that the picture looks loose and wavy.

Shape : example. -
canielewicz.wordpress.com
The shape in this picture mostly consists of colourful triangles and polygons all connected in one 3d shape.

Space : example. -
ruralart.wordpress.com
The picture on the left (with the goat in detail) ensues a positive feeling in the viewer because people like knowing what they see is true. On the right, we still know it's a goat, but it seems slightly negative. Maybe because of the fact that the goat has no detail, and seems bleak at best.

Colour : example. -
The colours are shown vividly in this picture with the graphics and backgrounds.

Texture : example. -
Texture is shown in this photo in the close up of the green leaves and grass. You're able to see the edges of them clearly.
